Cancellation Policy:

We respect that your time is valuable and hope you understand ours is too.

Cancellations for all bookings are to be made 48 hours prior to your appointments if not your deposit will be non refundable.

Cancellation fees are applicable to all other appointments if you have not cancelled within 48 hours.

Deposits are taken for your selected services, services may differ when you are in the salon and prices may fluctuate with different stylists and appointment times.

A FULL CONSULTATION AND QUOTE WILL BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO YOUR SERVICE.

Late Clients:

We pride ourselves on being an in demand salon. However this makes our time extremely valuable. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we will have to refuse service and reschedule your appointment to a better suited day or time. Rescheduling fees do apply.

Deposits:

We require a $100 deposit for all colour appointments that are non-refundable without valid reason within 48 hours.
